fonts-sambhota-yigchung software package provides sambhota yigchung free OpenType Tibetan font, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-sambhota-yigchung
